Cao Cao - Cao Cao (曹操), or Cao Meng-De (曹孟德), 155～220 AD. Famous politician, militarist, poet. He was the Prime Minister (the ruler in reality) of the Western Han Dynasty or Kingdom Wei (魏) during the Three Kingdoms.

Dynasty Warriors - a popular Japanese video game by Koei Games. It's originally called: Shin Sangoku Musou (新三國無雙). The newest version is Dynasty Warriors 5 (in PS2 only). There are two verions availiable: PC verion and PSP. To find out more, click here.

Fanlisting - a online list of fans of certain subject. In this case, we are all fans of Cao Cao.

Regnant - exercising power or authority. I chose to use this term as the title, because even though Cao Cao is not the true king, but he is the absolute ruler of Wei. He has more power than the actual king.
